Tammy Do has happily been with the Madrid Retirement Advisors team since January of 2016. Her journey began as an aspiring finance intern and, shortly thereafter she was quickly transitioned into a full-time position as the current Branch Operations Manager. Tammy’s role is to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the office are kept to the highest standard of quality; most importantly, to support each advisor in assessing existing and prospective clients’ needs and objectives with prudent care.
Utilizing her previous leadership experience, she spearheaded the team’s annual internship program for aspiring finance students. Through this, she was able to create an organizational structure and add unique values to the company’s services. Her end goal is to act as a liaison for the advisors while simultaneously creating meaningful and lasting relationships along the way.
Tammy is a graduate of California State University of Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance. She currently holds her SIE- Securities Industry Essentials & Series 7TO- General Securities Representative FINRA registration with LPL Financial and working towards attaining her Series 66. In addition to those, she also is registered in the state of California as a Life, Accident and Health agent and has a certificate of Advanced Proficiency in Grammar and Essential Mechanics with business communications from CSULB.
She is an Orange County gal who was born and raised in Fountain Valley, California. When she’s not hard at work— she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.
